<![CDATA[Our neighbor’s trees are growing over our brick wall that divides our properties. I actually don’t mind the shade they provide, but I’ve asked my neighbor several times to cut back the branches and remove some roots because they are starting to damage the concrete on my property. Can I legally cut back his branches and what can I do about the cracks that are now happening as a result of his underground roots that have been moving above ground and through my concrete?
