As an assistant, I provided help desk assistance to ongoing and prospective students along with faculty and staff. I also received on the job training for the latest education technology software. Some of my other duties included helping the computer technology students and medical students with their computer assignments on regular while assisting the teachers of the Computer Technology Department for a brief period.
Maintained and provided accurate technical support to end users. Demonstrated help desk assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
Received education technology training for the latest and up to date campus technology and Microsoft Office 2007.
