| Question |
Can I sue my father’s estate? My father died last month and I just found out yesterday that I am not supposed to get any of his estate. How can this be? My father and I have not talked in a couple years, but doesn’t the law say that he has to leave me part of his estate. Right now, everything is supposed to be left to my three siblings, with me getting nothing. Please help!!!!! |
